At Level8cases.com, returns are accepted on all products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. When doing returns, it is recommended to obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as Level8cases.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
